Challenge; Introducing a new company to a traditional industry and separating the firm’s methodology of candidate placement from competitors.
Solution: Since Hands Om Crew was a start up agency with a limited marketing budget, NMT provided the firm with business consulting services. Prior to launching the public relations campaign, NMT drafted comprehensive website and media kit content and revised personnel biographies.
