Hands Om CrewHands Om Crew is a search firm specializing in the placement of massage therapy practitioners, yoga instructors and gourmet chefs knowledgeable in organic and aryurvedic food preparation aboard privately owned and chartered luxury yachts.

Objective; To introduce a yachting crew placement agency to the international stage that would attract new yachts looking to retain Hands Om Crew as their preferred search firm for qualified crew members with specific skill sets in massage therapy, yoga instruction and gourmet chefs.

Challenge; Introducing a new company to a traditional industry and separating the firm’s methodology of candidate placement from competitors.

Solution: Since Hands Om Crew was a start up agency with a limited marketing budget, NMT provided the firm with business consulting services. Prior to launching the public relations campaign, NMT drafted comprehensive website and media kit content and revised personnel biographies. We decided to take a diverse approach to the public relations campaign by drafting two press releases announcing the company’s launch, one that was intended for the luxury yacht industry professionals and the other for the general public. A direct response e-mail campaign was also distributed to the marine community inviting crew members and yacht employers to retain the services of Hands Om Crew.

By emphasizing the firm’s personal approach to placing candidates and dedication to the well being of yachting crew and guests we were able to catch the attention of several reputable online and print publications including Yoga Journal, The Crew Report, City Smart Magazine, Yachts and Vacation Charters Magazine and DockWalk among others. We also obtained the number one position on Google for desired term “Yoga Yacht Charter” through optimized newswire distribution and quality text link building within 60 days time.

Skyrise CapitalPrivate Equity Fund established for alternative real estate investments.

Objective; To promote a commercial real estate private equity fund that would provide the monetary needs for a World Trade Center development project.

Challenge; Establishing credibility in a volatile real estate market for a new fund with a short track record.

Solution; NMT created a press campaign that announced the establishment of Skyrise Capital’s private equity fund at a Pension Fund Summit with attending fund managers from across the nation.

Skyrise Capital maximized its exposure by participating in the event as a gold sponsor, accepting a speaking opportunity for the firm’s CFO on a vetted panel of industry professionals and hosting its own private reception to personally meet with fund managers. NMT aided to prepare all collateral, banners, displays and booth representation for the conference.

In addition to the trade show, the press campaign received national attention in newspapers and trade publications such as Commercial Property News and Yahoo Finance by distribution and hosting a press conference.

Monocle Yacht ManagementMonocle Yacht Management is an asset management firm specializing in the acquisition, fractional share sales, crew and vessel management and overall operation of “Yacht-o-Miniums” ranging from 100’ to 200’.

Objective; To Launch a Press Campaign that would encourage yacht owners to sell their yachts through Monocle’s Fractional Yacht Program

Challenge; To reintroduce the Monocle Business model and sway yacht owners from the charter and yacht brokerage markets, although the company had received extensive media coverage in the past.

Solution; NMT helped to establish the “Sell My Yacht Program” to re-introduce Monocle Yachts’ business model to owners of well maintained 100’- 200’ luxury yachts, shining light on the fractional concept and emphasizing the firm’s list of pre-qualified share buyers along with the overall benefits of the program.

We drafted a well written press release and landing page for the Monocle Website describing the program and distributed the release to saturate numerous newswires, yachting lifestyle and industry publications as well as the television media. The press release successfully caught the attention of numerous online and print publications with a cover story on Worth Magazine, Mega Yacht News, ABC News and the Yacht Report.

As a result of our efforts three new vessels were introduced into the Monocle Fractional Yacht Management Program.
