Skyrise CapitalPrivate Equity Fund established for alternative real estate investments.

Objective; To promote a commercial real estate private equity fund that would provide the monetary needs for a World Trade Center development project.

Challenge; Establishing credibility in a volatile real estate market for a new fund with a short track record.

Solution; NMT created a press campaign that announced the establishment of Skyrise Capital’s private equity fund at a Pension Fund Summit with attending fund managers from across the nation.

Skyrise Capital maximized its exposure by participating in the event as a gold sponsor, accepting a speaking opportunity for the firm’s CFO on a vetted panel of industry professionals and hosting its own private reception to personally meet with fund managers. NMT aided to prepare all collateral, banners, displays and booth representation for the conference.

In addition to the trade show, the press campaign received national attention in newspapers and trade publications such as Commercial Property News and Yahoo Finance by distribution and hosting a press conference.

Objective; To create a complete website for a print manufacturer that can be utilized to establish a web presence and functional tool for order placement and client retention.

Challenge; Creating a website using online technology to allow clients to upload their print orders virtually with 24hour turn around time.

Solution; Speed and productivity are essential for BCT’s success in the print manufacturing business. This project had a simple website layout that listed all products and their price points. NMT’s programming staff created customized forms and a full proof back end system that could facilitate print orders received in a variety of file formats. This allowed the client to receive last minute orders from its customers with little or no delay and enable them to deliver orders within less than 24 hours notice.

Objective; To build out a comprehensive lead generation system targeting university, college courses and college degree seeking students for online recruiting.

Challenge; Building out a complex lead generation system from the ground up that would produce record results in a highly competitive industry.

Solution; NMT provided business consulting services to assist in building out an entire in-house web development team for the firm including programming,  public relations and copyrighting personnel. By helping the client to establish an infrastructure, the project was able to be completed prior to its deadline utilizing a user friendly layout, custom code in cold fusion and targeting a variety of commonly searched terms which helped to generate and convert qualified leads to both online and brick and mortar colleges and universities.
